To apply for a local North Carolina Plus America title; applicants must meet the following criteria:

Applicants for Miss, Ms. and Mrs. categories must be at least 18 years old, and teens must be 13 years old, by Oct 1, 2024.
Must have been born a woman
teen/MISS/MS/MRS/ Must wear size 12 or greater.
Must live in, own property, born, previously lived, or have some affiliation with the State of North Carolina
Must be a legal US Citizen
Must attend the interest meeting or view interest meeting video
must have your application submitted online before Registration Deadline.

Accepted delegates must submit all fees: Fee schedule is below:
- $100 Application fee: due upon acceptance & APPLICATION SUBMISSION
- regular registration fee $450: October 1 - November 12, 2024 paid in full by November 30, 2024.
- teen division registration fee $250: paid in full by November 30, 2024

**(Registration fees can be paid in "2" installments)**

all registration fees are non refundable.

Complete and document at least 1 public/community service appearance each month (virtual or in person December 17th - March 1st).

Support the NCPA Fundraising Goal ($700 Fundraising)
- Your sponsorships, Ads, pageant ticket sales, and online voting also counts toward this amount that you raise.
- Your fundraising determines how much is earned in your prize money should you win or become a runner-up.
- fundraising Ensures we have enough funding for community service projects, social events, scholarships, cash prizes, and a successful pageant.

Attend pageant events & training sessions as outlined in the Delegate Handbook (*This manual is provided to delegates only).

Maintain conduct and decorum to not violate North Carolina Plus America Conduct guidelines.
