Dr. Renita L. Webb is a native of Durham, NC. She is an educator, minister, wife, mother, speaker, and mentor. Dr. Webb holds three degrees: BA English, MEd Education Administration, and PhD Leadership in Education Administration. She has served in many educational roles from teacher to principal to college professor. She became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in 2002, while pursuing her BA at Elon University.

Dr. Webb is an Educational Leadership Strategist. She helps leaders increase their authenticity, empower their "follow"ship, and make a greater impact. Dr. Renita is also the Founder of The Refining Life, Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Authoress of Stepmom: Trials, Tribulations, and Triumphs (1st and 2nd Edition) and While You Are Sleeping. She is a pageant queen who has held state and national titles. Dr. Webb is also the producer and host of Leadership Live, an online broadcast and a podcast "Room for Refinement Radio". Most recently, Dr. Webb has become the Founder and Editor-in-chief of "Lead Like You Magazine".
